This panel examines the opportunities and tensions that arise when climate policies intersect with development priorities. Papers may address sustainable development, climate finance, green growth, energy access, adaptation, infrastructure, just transitions or development assistance. Particular attention will be given to research exploring how governments and communities balance climate objectives with economic and social development across different national and regional contexts.
