Description
Global responses to climate change are organised through an increasingly complex set of international regimes, institutions and agreements. This panel explores how global climate governance operates in a changing and fragmented international order. Papers may examine the UNFCCC and Paris Agreement, international organisations, climate clubs, regional institutions, competing regimes or interactions between climate governance and other areas of global politics. Contributions addressing cooperation, institutional fragmentation, regime effectiveness and changing patterns of global climate leadership are particularly welcome.
